Hello and welcome to Dorset Reptile Rescue
we are offering a home for all unwanted Lizards, Snakes and tortoises .Our mission is to rescue and provide safe and responsible care for all reptiles.
When you can no longer look after them for any reason, we are here to help you! The only thing we ask from you is a donation when you bring your reptiles to us or rehome a reptile from us. Its because of this, we are able to keep doing what we love doing!
We are a non-profit organisation set up to help unwanted, abandoned, sick or endangered reptiles and other exotic creatures. Over the last year we have rehomed lots of animals, helped many owners with problems and nursed sick animals back to health.
Some of the reptiles which come to us don't get rehomed but stay with us for the rest of their lives, this is either due to disability, sickness, agression or sometimes because they are fallen in love with (we're only human)
We do not rehome tortoises, they stay with us for the rest of their lives, In fact with any reptile if you do not want your pet rehomed, just say! I love these animals and devote all my time to care for them :)

We are here to offer you advice on your reptile feeding/ illness and rehoming questions. In fact if you have any questions feel free to ask!
We are now also in a position to be able to help you with parrots and also fish, pond and tropical!
We offer a free local collection service within 30 miles from our expert reptile handler Scott, if you are unable to bring your reptile to us.
If you live outside the Dorset area collection is still available, we work with a reptile courier Steve who can collect all over the UK including Scotland and Ireland. This however does include a cost, please get in contact for a quote.
